Sofia Vergara

Sofia Margarita Vergara Vergara was born in and was raised in Barranquilla, Colombia. Their mother, Margarita Vergara Davila De Vergara is a homemaker. Julio Enrique Vergara Robayo provides livestock to the meat industry. She is one of five siblings. She went to a private, bilingual school which offered Spanish as well as English. In the following years, she was a pre-dental student. Sofia but was found at sea by an experienced photographer. It led to the possibility of her being spotted in various modeling roles as well as TV appearances. At the age of 23, she became an actress. The travel show she hosted with her co-host was Fuera de serie (1996) from 1995 to 1998. It brought her fame to Americans. She played her first role in 2002's crime show Big Trouble. Gloria Delgado Pritchett was the part that led her to become the main character on Modern Family, an American television show (2009).
