Canadian screen actress, who was famous for her character Bo Dennis on Lost Girl. CBSs Blood & Treasure has been her home since 2019. Her other credits include 2006's Earthstorm and 2005's The Perfect Neighbor. Silk is born in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada the daughter of Peter Silk an academic and his wife Ilkay who is an actress, director and producer playwright educator and Director of Drama at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Annas first memories are of being a spectator at plays rehearsals. Silk was a child star in many commercials. In 1997, she graduated with an undergraduate degree at St. Thomas University. Theatre St. Thomas was responsible for two earlier productions of theatre. They included Seven Menus (1997) and The Kitchen (1998). The couple has two sons, Samuel as well as Levi. The actress was in 2009 when she landed as the leading character on Lost Girl. CNN recognized her work as Bo along with Lauren on Lost Girl. E! also named it the Best TV Couple 2013. Entertainment Television. As a result of the show's success, Silk gained a large internet following via social media.
