Allison Pregler Bio

Allison Pregler, a Z-grade film reviewer, is renowned by her scathing appreciation of stupid action as well as horror films. She began her reviews in late 2009; when she began to gain some recognition (under the name of Obscurus Lupa, which was previously used) Allison Pregler was part of the family at Channel Awesome. She was on the website from 2009 until the year 2015 at which point Obscurus Lupa Presents was changed to Movie Nights. She hosts two podcasts on her channel. Both focus on the Charmed series, and are hosted by Phelous. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. Brad Jones starred her in Jesus Bro! as well as appearing in his show Midnight Screenings typically reviewing terrible children's films or RiffTrax live programs in addition to the occasional adult comedy (including obviously Baywatch (2017)). In late 2009 she began reviewing films, and gained popularity in the Channel Awesome forums. She joined the group of film critics. She has appeared in countless Channel Awesome series, from Atop the Fourth Wall through Phelous & the Movies. She has been a part the team of Channel Awesome along with Doug Walker.
