Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I have a lovely fiance called JP as well as hapless dad Henry. My Instagram account @annephung is where most people follow me. I share my day-to-day life, both positive and negative. My family relocated to America. At the age of 1 and 1/4 I was accepted into my parents. Being aware of the possibility for a better life, I aimed to make them proud and had tunnel vision when it came to achievement. My plan of life was as follows: I'd go to university, get an employment in a company, marry and buy a home. The life I had imagined for myself wasn't what it turned into. The money and the status of my job didn't make me feel happy. I was convinced that I wasted my life for the opportunity to earn a salary. As I began to move toward a new direction in my life, I discovered the importance of personal training and that's the career path I was looking for. I have a love for exercise, enjoy being with people and help those around me. My small business was started in 2014, and I'll be celebrating 7 years of success in the year 2021. Within this industry it is not a lot of Asian females. My goal is to become a catalyst within the field to offer high-quality coaching that allows people to live a more healthy and happier person by establishing an environment that is sustainable and meets the individual needs and desires. In addition, I strive to inspire others to pursue the goals they have set for themselves so that they can achieve what they wish to do. In the beginning of my career, the death of my mom was the most devastating loss to me. Her eight-year battle with Scleroderma is over, and she lies in Heaven. Her memory will forever remain in my thoughts and my mind. The lessons we learn from life can be hidden from us, but they can be extremely valuable. In so many ways, the loss of my mother has changed my life. I honestly believe that she offered me another chance to experience her loss. Her passing in the year of Tet/Lunar New Year Day was her opportunity to start with a fresh start. It was my second chance to lead a fulfilled life. In my 30s, I have a sense of living and being alive. I don't feel as if I'm just a mere existence anymore. As I share the story of my experiences, it's to ensure that other people are able to relate to my feelings and thoughts. It is to know that they're not on their own. Also, that there exists true love. Therapy is necessary and not unusual. Finally that health is your biggest wealth. It is my prayer to live your life at its best and have no regrets when it comes to your final days. The death of a person is the only assurance in this life.
