Sara Haines (born in the United States) is an American journalist and television host. Sara Haines was best known as the co-host of The View Strahan Sara Keke (ABC) as well as The Chase. She was also a production assistant on The Today Show Today Show, and a Page Program part of NBC before becoming an anchor. Sara Haines was a born in Newton Iowa, on 18 September 1977. ABC declared on July 23, 2016 that she will not be returning for season 22 of The View for season 22 and that she would instead host GMA Day later renamed Strahan and Sara. On August 2 the following year she made her final appearance as a co-host in The 21st season's final episode.
